Winter Coats

""The holidays may be coming to an end, but winter will be here for a while yet. If you were trying to make it to season's end with last year's coat, but Junior's had a growth spurt to the point that a wide gap exists between cuff and glove, consider shopping now while many sales are on. Buy up a size with next winter in mind, or look for features that extend wear, like the Grow-a-Long sleeves on Lands' End's Waterproof Squall Parka.
If you're buying for siblings, look for a coat that will stand the test of time and appeal to all wearers. Crewcuts' City Peacoat and Rudsak's Lulu Leather Jacket are versatile classics. Looking for a particular style or features? I've rounded up eight great coats for boys (with many just as suitable for the girls). Check them out and let me know what you think. Do you have a tried and true brand for winter coats?
