i ordered this doll for my daughter’s birthday
and along with $500 worth of clothing…which i haven’t even given yet to my daughter and already there are issues. the clothing is very cute but the doll so far has only been a huge disappointment. received the doll about a month ago and it has been back to their “my twinn doll hospital” 3 times. each time i recieved the doll back, there was something else wrong with it. from the wig coming unglued to sloppy seam stitching on the back of the doll. there was also a sticky film on the dolls eyes and snags on the fabric body.
and they call that a doll hospital????
very very poor quality doll. however, the manager is now finally working with me in ensuring that these issues will be fixed. if i receive my doll back next week with still unsatisfactory and unacceptable standards…the doll ($139) along with the $500 worth of clothing will be returned for a full refund. then i’m going to order an american girl doll which i should have done in the first place.

I want to know where to find a my twinn doll because i want one for my daughter and she wants on really badly. I would get it for her but i just simply don’t know where to get one. I don’t want to oder it i want to acutally go to the place. Can you tell me where i can get one?
The best thing u can do is to go to the EToys location in Danville, VA where they are made. EToys has these gigantic scratch n dent sales each year, and I have gotten My Twinn dolls for as low as $25 (once even $8) before!!! And it looked just like my daughter.
